 Unwind in this beautifully appointed apartment or relax outdoors and soak up the coastal atmosphere. Just a short stroll to local shops, cafes, and restaurants, this apartment offers the perfect blend of convenience and relaxation for your next getaway   
Features:   
 Open plan living area contains wall mounted smart TV and comfortable lounges, access to the front balcony with water views   
 Modern kitchen contains dishwasher, electric cook top, fridge and dining seats 6   
 WIFI available, split system air-conditioning, timber floorboards throughout, off street parking   
 Approximately 150 metres to shopping precinct, cafes and restaurants, opposite waterfront with kids" playground and cafe   
 Bathroom features modern amenities with toilet and shower   
 Laundry has a combo washer and dryer   
 Suitable for a maximum of 4 adults and 2 children   
 Strictly no smoking on site, please use waterfront opposite If a booking is cancelled within one (1) month prior to arrival, 100% cancellation fee is incurred with no refunds. However, if we are able to rebook the property a refund maybe offered. Cancellation outside one (1) month prior to arrival a $120 cancellation fee will be charged, and all remaining deposit will be refunded.   
Strictly NO parties, functions, excessive noise, or additional visitors allowed, and no pets (unless authorised) or smoking permitted. We ask you to be considerate short-term neighbours and adhere our quiet time between 10pm and 7am. Your rights and our expectations are outlined in "Code of Conduct for the Short-term Rental Accommodation Industry NSW". Please review our full TandC"s prior to booking.
