The rooms were very well maintained and exceptionally clean, the views were just amazing and the staff were wonderful. We included the breakfast and dinner each night which worked great and the food was perfect after a day out in the mountains. "If you are planning to visit Merano this is the place to stay. It is a family run hotel and nothing is too much trouble. All the staff are friendly and helpful. We first stayed there two years ago and it was great but since then it has had a major renovation and it is even better now. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite which had a fantastic view over the great pool area to the mountains.
