Magnificent natural setting & surrounding countryside, nestled on the edge of a vast "open" bocage plateau, a stone's throw from several wild forests & the first vineyards. Enchanting setting & site, protected in "Zone Natura 2000". Spacious cottage of very good comfort. Vast "cathedral" living room with splendid volume. Warm country character enhanced by a very careful heritage restoration (sumptuous original framework, mantelpiece, period stone walls & lintels, etc.). Lots of charm & character.
