« Bad experience at check in but hotel is beautiful. Room views and service is top notch! Only bad experience was at check in. When booked with expedia 2 adults and 2 childs, site said we could have a roll out bed free of charge. At check in the lady said that it is not free, and it is not offered free by any of their partners like expedia. I did not want to argue with the girl because, I was tired after a long day at the amazon, so I paid the additional $. Next morning I checked expedia again...

« Chambre petite. Lits confortables. Contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Ce n'était pas un studio mais une simple chambre. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup piquer aux chevilles, au niveau des chaussettes, et à l'arrière des genoux... Pas d'eau chaude ( le système ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé mais ils n'ont pas réglé le problème). Il y a des affiches sur la porte d'entrée et sur la porte de la salle de bain signalant les tarifs en cas de...

« Das Zimmer sowie die restliche Hotelanlage war super sauber und das personal sehr zuvorkommend, freundlich und professionell. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Auf der Straße war nachts leider viel los, so dass trotz Zimmer Richtung Pool Ohropax nötig waren. Der einzige wirkliche Kritikpunkt war das inbegriffene, individuell zubereitete Frühstück. Wir ernähren uns vegetarisch und das Frühstück bestand nur aus Rührei und 2 Scheiben Toast. Uns hat es dennoch so gut gefallen, dass wir nach...

« This apartment was beautiful and new. Very well stocked. Good location for Iquitos. Very friendly and helpful. Great air conditioning. My only complaint is there was not enough comfortable seating. Hard wood stools with no backs at the dining table and 2 hardwood barstools. There was a small futon otherwise and with 5 people it was a bit uncomfortable. 3rd floor so be prepared to climb stairs. Unfortunately I twisted an ankle 2 nights before we left and it was a pain, my bad. They arranged...

"Chambre petite. Lits confortables. Contrairement à ce qu'on avait compris lors de la réservation il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Ce n'était pas un studio mais une simple chambre. Nous nous sommes fait beaucoup piquer aux chevilles, au niveau des chaussettes, et à l'arrière des genoux... Pas d'eau chaude ( le système ne fonctionnait pas, on l'a signalé mais ils n'ont pas réglé le problème). Il y a des affiches sur la porte d'entrée et sur la porte de la salle de bain signalant les tarifs en cas de drap ou serviettes salies et lors du chek out, ils ont vérifié avant de nous libérer !!! Le petit déjeuner est très bon. L'hôtel est bien placé. "
