Literally five minutes after I sent a text I received a call from the property manager and ten minutes after that a person arrived to assess the situation. The location was great and close proximity to the venue and downtown Estes Park. Cutely decorated and clean, the space worked great for our family. The location was walking distance to downtown and the fenced in backyard was perfect for the grand dogs. A few maintenance repairs could make this property even better (drawer slides in kitchen and bathroom and balancing of heat vents). All in all we enjoyed our time there. ##### Karin & Len W. Equipped beyond expectation. The only negatives about the property was that the heating and air conditioning did not work in the living room and two of the beds measured out to be full size although advertised as queen.
