The Space: Downtown Estes Park apartment. Located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, Lumpy Ridge Brewing Company, and the Taffy Shop. Parking is first come first serve; parking behind the building in parking lot. Additional parking behind buildings and up the hill if need be. Trash dumpster located behind the building as well. Guest Access: Self-check in. Instructions available via email from PMI Travel before arrival date. We loved being steps away from the River Walk and all of the restaurants and shops that Estes Park has to offer! The location was set up very nice and had board games and other personal touches that made it a great place to stay. There was some noise from the bar across the street on the weekend - but my kids didn't notice it in their bedroom. We had some issues with communication but they eventually got back to us. All-in-all it was a super fun place to stay and we would consider staying there again! ##### Joe E.
