Teepee Mountain 12A is a cozy 2BR/2BA condo with spectacular views of the Rocky Mountains. Just a stone's throw away from Mary's Lake, it's a quick walk down to the shore for fishing or skipping rocks. The open living area features a queen sleeper sofa, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV and beautiful mountain views. The kitchen is well-equipped with full-size appliances, a dining table that can seat four and everything needed for quick and easy meal prep. The stacked washer and dryer are located in a closet off of the kitchen. The master suite offers a king bed, a flat-screen TV and a private full bathroom with a spacious shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and a jack-and-jill bathroom with large jetted bathtub. Enjoy more mountain views from the deck. This condo is the perfect mountain home away from home! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Mary's Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Mary's Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. The condo was very clean and had many essentials for the kitchen. We felt "at home" the minute we arrived.
