Everything was cozy, clean and ready to go when we arrived. There was plenty of space and beautiful views of the mountains. It's also super close to the main street of town, so shopping and eating were easy. I would definitely book this place again. This was a nice house, close to town. We stayed in Estes for the Wool Market so easy access to the fairgrounds was awesome. The only challenge we had was with parking. We had one truck and 2 large SUVs and only one truck could fit in the garage. The first night we thought we did a good job parking the other 2 SUVs out of the way of the other property’s but apparently not. As we were all in bed the neighbor came banging on the door then was rude to my sister once she answered the door. Other than that, the property was great! Clean and accommodating for our family! Stayed 2 nights in Jun 2021 ### 4/10 Poor #### Hannah F., Longmont, CO Jun 7, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness Disliked: Communication, location #### Great Views but Beware of Neighbor One thing you cannot beat is the views of Longs Peak from the living room and master bedroom - it was gorgeous all weekend and it was quite enjoyable to just stare out at the mountains. I will note that cars can be an issue here. We were told that we had four parking space during the weekend which two had to be in the garage. But we were not given a garage door opener so it was a huge pain to have someone jump out of the car to open and close the garage. The neighbors were also very angry and made us parking our cars every time we left and came back awkward and uncomfortable. These neighbors even went as far to spy on us from the patio walk way... It was very uncomfortable and made the stay stressful which was the last thing we wanted. I'd recommend the property manager talks to the the neighbor and gives clear instructions on parking to the guests so that this situation does not happen to them. ##### Hannah F.
