(Registration number 3525) Welcome to "Whispering Pines Ranch House" Enjoy wide open spaces with breathtaking views while being surrounded by the majestic Rocky Mountains. You are only a few minutes drive from downtown Estes Park though it definitely feels like you are away from it all. This year round easy access, one level ranch home in Carriage Hills offers plenty of room, 2164 sf on 1.17 acres, to soak in the peaceful pines.

You will enjoy the spacious family room with big screen TV/ free standing gas fireplace plenty of seating and a table for games or computing. Step out on the privacy fenced back deck for a BBQ and hot tub experience while taking in the amazing, snow capped mountain views or wander the acre and listen to the Pines Whispering.

There's a large, sequestered Master bedroom with King bed and 4pc Bath Suite including jetted tub and walk in Shower. Extra large 2nd guest bedroom with Queen bed has a large seating space, sleeper sofa, big screen TV/media area and a comfortable 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed with a shared full guest bath. A third half bath /laundry room is conveniently off the kitchen area and two car garage to safe keep your vehicle.

There is plenty of room for indoor entertaining in the formal dining room which seats six at the table and 4 more at the bar. Eat in kitchen seats 4-6. Beautiful modern kitchen with all the amenities allows plenty of room for several creative cooks. Or, "take out" and "dining out" is just minutes away.

Estes Park offers lots of fun for everyone. Hiking, Biking, Horse Back Riding, Boating, Fishing, Golf & Mini Golf, Unique Shopping, Rocky Mountain Park tours, Amusement Parks, Breweries, Winery and so much more.

Loved staying at this home. Convenient to RMNP and the town of Estes Park. Nice to be away from the traffic. Nice clean house with lots of room. Would be happy to stay here again

Perfect getaway

Our party of 8 enjoyed the home and felt like we had plenty of room! The house was clean. The kids enjoyed the bikes, board games, and hot tub. The location was just minutes from downtown Estes.

Lovely home and great location. The hot tub was nice and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and the kitchen was well appointed too. My only tiny complaint is the bathroom shower heads could use an upgrade - but overall a great stay!

This place was perfect for our family of 7, we had 3 babies with us ages 1, 12 mos & 3 year old. They had a high chair & pack&play. Deck was perfect for eating outside. House was big enough for everyone to have their own space.

Perfect vacation home

Everything about this ranch was perfect. The location, views and amenities were exactly what we wanted. The layout, with the central kitchen and dining area, encourages quality time together while also allowing space for alone time. We ended every evening in the hot tub looking at the stars. We loved it!

This property was awesome! We've stayed at several properties in Estes and this is one at the top of our list. It had everything we needed and the location to town was perfect! I believe we've stayed with this "host" before at another location and his properties do not disappoint. This is definitely one we'll mark in the books to re-visit! Thanks!!

Great place!

This was a great place for us and our adult children. Lots of room, and it was obvious that thought was put into so many details that made our stay easy. We enjoyed watching wildlife, including a large herd of mother and baby elk. Having porch or deck on three sides gave us lots of options to sit and watch nature. We also enjoyed the hot tub after long hikes at RMNP.

Our family of five really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice setup with extra space. Hot tub was great. Very quiet location and feels private. Saw some elk from the back deck. Lots of board games if you're family is into that. Great location to RMNP and Estes Park. Big kitchen for cooking with most things you'd need.

This was an ideal location. Close to RMNP and hiking trails. Watched the perseid meteor shower from the hot tub with the beautiful mountain view. House was well equipped with beach towels and grilling supplies. We had a wonderful time 👌 😎

Fantastic location and amenities

Our extended family of 7 stayed several days for a RMNP vacation. The property was clean and well maintained. Amenities including hot tub, gas grill, and laundry were appreciated. The layout including bedrooms and bathrooms was great for our family. Location was perfect with convenient access to park without needing to drive through town. Had one follow up question while we were there and Steve’s response was quick. Highly recommend, and we would love to return!

Great time

Very cozy, far enough out of town to be peaceful, but close enough to town to enjoy Estes accommodations. Beds were very comfortably, everything worked as it should. Hot tub was well placed for a beautiful view, and private from neighbors. Only one issue, had to ration hot water among 5, we are used to tankless hot water heater, but after first night had a system to keep everyone clean and hot water. Summary : We would stay here again.

Fall Getaway

This was our second time to stay in this house. It's in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the Park or town. We usually had a herd of elk in the back field, often with bull fights. The comfy living room and large tv were perfect for cool nights at home, and the hot tub was perfect for soaking in after long hikes.
