The staff were friendly and very responsive. The cottage itself was beautiful and had a charming rustic feel. we especially loved the decor. The only suggestion we have is to improve the bedding, as it wasn’t very comfortable, and all the pillows were quite firm. Aside from that, everything was fantastic. The location was perfect, close to downtown, shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to the national park gates. The nearby river added a peaceful and scenic touch to our stay.
