Find serenity on the river in this beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome in Estes Park. This magical cottage is the perfect getaway located in a peaceful setting, on the Big Thompson river, surrounded by Spruce and Aspen trees and filled with wildlife stopping by to drink from the happy river. Pass the time by relaxing on the porch, making s’mores on the fire pit, and enjoying lunch at your own picnic area. There are river views from nearly every room in the house. Open the windows and let the rolling river lull you to sleep. Happy River Cottage features a washer and dryer, free TV, and WiFi and local calls. Everything was beautiful and cozy. We loved the porch with the river flowing. Our kids enjoyed roasting marshmallows and playing family games. The owners truly thought of everything. The living room is cozy, screen door to back porch so you can hear the river while keeping bugs out. Kitchen is very well stocked. There is a quick mart 2-mins down the road that had everything we needed for our two-night stay (the Safeway on the other side of town was impossibly crowded). The two bedrooms upstairs are adorable. Beds are comfy. Huge plus that the entrance to RMNP was 3-mins from the house. ##### Megan M. The location of this property is perfect if you're planning to spend a lot of time in RMNP. We loved leaving the windows cracked to hear the river and take in the fresh air. The kitchen is well stocked if you plan to cook there. Our only issue was the master mattress needs to be replaced, but the property manager was so kind and quickly brought over a mattress topper for us which helped a bit. ##### Shonda M. It was absolutely perfect for a cozy winter vacation. Beds and couches were super comfy with a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms with everything we needed. The back porch overlooking the river was also something special. Not to mention the hosts were also very responsive. The only downside is we didn’t get to stay longer! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cute cabin in Estes Park. Don’t pass this one up. ##### James L.
