There are very few homes in Estes that will give you such a peaceful setting with two outdoor spaces that overlook the river. This tranquil outdoor setting will make it hard to go indoors to enjoy the comforts of this beautiful home. Upon entering the home you will be excited about the large open gather space that includes the living room, dining area and custom kitchen. The large living room provides ample seating, facing the fireplace and outdoors with views of the river from the windows. The dining area has a large table and a bar area that comfortably seat ten people. The custom kitchen is inviting with beautiful cabinetry, solid surface countertops, stainless steel appliances and a complete selection of cookware and dishes to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. There are three bedrooms that provide sleeping areas for 10 people. The primary bedroom provides a king bed, private deck overlooking the river and a luxurious bathroom.
