Marvin was great. He maintained contact before arrival and during our visit to ensure we had the information we needed and were having a good stay. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the downtown area of Estes Park but not so close as to be in town, giving us a feeling of being in the woods. It was a also a great location as an HQ for trips to Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder, Denver and many other cool places, all within easy driving distance. The cabin itself was clean and well outfitted for our stay. We enjoyed the porch and the view of the mountains and all of the wildlife that wandered into yard. The fire pit made for an excellent evening of relaxation. The house has everything you could need for cooking and grilling. The beds are comfortable. The fireplace was very nice. My granddaughter loved it. The baby gate was much appreciated and so was the high chair. The pictures and description of this home do not do it justice. The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of 5 (parents, 11-year-old, 9-year-old, 1-year-old) and to host dinner for my brother and his family of four. We enjoyed smores (ingredients provided by the host!) and dinner both indoors and outdoors on the deck and outside near the gas fire pit. My daughter especially enjoyed the moose/bear/elk themed decor in each bedroom. We forgot to close small propane tank after grilling one evening and then became alarmed by the smell. We figured out what the problem was fairly quickly, but the host was also very responsive when we reached out to him. The location was conveniently close to a grocery store and to the Beaver Meadows Entrance Station of the National Park. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! :) ##### Sarah E. Plenty of space for our extended family (three adults and four teenagers in our group). The house is beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a great stay. Beautiful property - we loved all the decks and hammocks. We saw lots of elk and deer around the house during our stay. We would definitely stay here again in the future. ##### Amy G.
