The location is excellent for RMNP entrance. We enjoyed the hot tub. There were only a few negatives. One big one. The unit above was outrageously loud. Stomping, banging made it very difficult to sleep. I dont believe they were doing anything on purpose its just the construction of the building. No AC. It is close to a RMNP entrance that was full of wildlife including elk, moose, big horn sheep, and wild turkeys. The wedding we attended was only 1/2 mile away. We chose accommodations with a hot tub and were so happy with the proper water temperature and quality. Staff checked it daily. The stream behind the property is stocked with trout.
