It was clean, well equipped and had plenty of room for us all. The pool and hot tub were big hits with the kids, as well as the amazing theatre room for movies. We would most definitely return. A few small details for improvement: Several lamps did not work despite being plugged in; one had a broken switch in our bedroom. Shower door in pool room did not stay closed. Our family, six adults and five children....three generations, had a fabulous time in this home. Having the pool was perfect after a day of hiking. There is plenty of space for our extended family to relax and enjoy the long weekend together. We love the kitchen/dinning/and family room space as it is large and comfy for all! Of course, the grand kids loved the pool! This was our second year for a family getaway at this location, and we all agreed that it is a perfect spot! Jun 4, 2017 #### An Amazing Family Getaway! This was the perfect place for our family vacation! Stunning views, amazing wildlife, a perfect location in proximity to the mountains and downtown Estes - absolutely amazing. This home had plenty of space for six families (12 people ranging from age 5 through 70) and common space that allowed for everyone to be together. The pool and hot tub were highlights and provided a perfect venue for making memories. Truly a delightful locale for our family and a hostess that was more than accommodating. The pool and hot tub were a treat! We appreciated the personal communication from the home owner. It is clear the the home is loved and well taken care of. We also loved the spacious and cozy rooms, the cute seasonal decorations, and the location to both beautiful views and proximity to downtown Estes, the golf course, and fishing! The pool area and theater are amazing. The kitchen is well-stocked for any meal prep needs. The property manager was very prompt in answering any questions or concerns before our arrival and during our stay. Our only concern was that the pool looked murky. It did not deter our use of the pool and we have since advised the property manager of this issue. ##### Dean B. The house is absolutely breathtaking and confidently located. Although you are so close to town, you don’t want to leave the property. The indoor pool was fantastic and they had every amenity that you could imagine to make your trip comfortable and enjoyable. We shared the house with our friends and their kiddos for Labor Day weekend and everyone still can’t stop talking about it. Will definitely look into renting this out again! 5 Stars! ##### Wesley K. It is like being at your own private resort. It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything you want and need in Estes Park. Lauri does a great job of making sure you are comfortable and the property is extremely clean. She even brought us an air pump to blow up some pool toys we brought when we realized we didn't bring ours. (there are plenty of pool toys provided by Lauri, but we brought a couple of our own).
