New Listing! Mountain Forest Scenic Home - Hot Tub

4-bedroom, 3-bath Estes Park home in the Thousand Pines neighborhood offers a serene getaway with a hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, forest views, and wildlife viewing opportunities, all in our ample outdoor space. Close to Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes Park, it's perfect for families and outdoor enthusiasts.

The open living area features wide windows, offering breathtaking forest views. Our well-stocked kitchen and spacious dining room make mealtime a delight. The four large bedrooms provide ample space for relaxation, with two rooms opening to decks with peaceful forest views.

Additional amenities include a propane forced air furnace and whole house fan for year-round comfort and dual hot water heaters for plenty of hot water. Our home also has parking on a concrete driveway for several cars and a 2-car garage.

We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.

No pets are allowed at this property.

For extended stays, a mid-stay inspection is required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.

Routine property maintenance may occur during your stay, such as trash collection, hot tub/pool cleaning, yard work, and plant care.

Great home with all the amenities. Plenty of room for our family stay with 6 adults and one teen. Large dining table that was perfect for gathering around and comfortable living areas. Saw deer and elk outside our windows every day! Highly recommend.

Cozy cabin stay

This cabin is huge!! We had a group of four friends so we each got our own room and only two people needed to share a bathroom. The downstairs is colder than the rest of the house but it’s comfortable with the wall heater on. There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. to make our stay convenient. We especially loved the hot tub and found the location very convenient.

Another Great Stay

This is our 3rd time staying in this property, and it’s still one of my favorite rentals! Super spacious for 6 (4 adults, 1 teen and 1 preteen). Location is spot on and the neighborhood feels so secluded. The hot tub is def a must after exploring RMNP. Will def be staying here again and I highly recommend it!

Wonderful and Peaceful Mountain Stay

We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our stay. Host was very responsive on any questions. The space was larger than we expected. The room sizes were great for those traveling with kids for a pack and play. The hot tub was also a great perk! Spacious, clean and comfy!

We had a wonderful stay at this Estes Park Mountain Forest Home! We had a sibling family reunion and staying in this beautiful home made it even more special for us. All of the comforts of home and bonus hot tub. Kitchen fully stocked and even some spices in the spice cabinet! Very clean and well maintained home with beautiful views. We also got to enjoy seeing deer, wild turkeys, chipmunks, rabbits and more around the home during our stay! Its conveniently located so close to everything in Estes Park and RMNP. The week we stayed was during the Alexander Mtn fire and a few other fires and the hosts provided excellent communication before and during our stay alleviating any fears about the fires; and we were not affected by them at all. Much gratitude to the hosts for making our special trip so memorable and comfortable!

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed several days for a family reunion with ages from 6 to 70 (5 adults/3 kids) and had a wonderful time! The house was spotless with high quality furnishings and lovely decorations. The kitchen was the best equipped of anywhere we've stayed (we do several rentals each year). The kids loved the hot tub and their own suite downstairs. The adults totally enjoyed mornings and evenings on the covered deck off the master and the back deck off the huge kitchen. The wifi was excellent and there were TVs in every bedroom, not that you'll spend much time watching them. Too much to do! The house is in a quiet area just outside of town, much more convenient than the Wyndcliff area where we've stayed a couple of times before. Estes Park was warmer than average while we were there but the house stayed cool and comfortable. The owner, Greg, was very responsive and attentive. We are already planning our next reunion there in 2026!

Fantastic Estes Retreat

Wow, we couldn't have stumbled upon a better find than this incredible house in Estes Park for our weekend getaway! It was absolutely phenomenal! To start, the house was spotless, and the beds were super comfortable. The spacious kitchen was a dream, perfect for whipping up delicious meals while the kids had a blast in the awesome play area downstairs, tailored just for them. And let's not forget about the cherry on top – the hot tub! Pure bliss after a day of adventure. We're already counting down the days until we can come back for more! Greg is such a gracious host. Thank you for going above and beyond to reunite us with our forgotten items. His kindness and helpfulness made him a dream to work with. Our experience could not have been better! Beautiful, spacious and comfortable. We were a group of 8, "older women, who hike instead of knit. We went up to bear lake. This property was perfect for us w 4 beds and baths. It was decorated for Christmas. The kitchen and dining were great, as we have several excellent cooks among us. Kitchen was very well appointed. Greg was helpful, available and accommodating. Highly recommended. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect family gathering

It was exactly what we were looking for for our family of six adults. Large family dinning room table and couch’s to comfortably accommodate all of us. King and queen size beds made everyone happy. Easy drive into town or to RMNP. Quiet neighborhood.
