Large family dinning room table and couch’s to comfortably accommodate all of us. King and queen size beds made everyone happy. Easy drive into town or to RMNP. Quiet neighborhood. ##### DEBORAH L. We had a group of four friends so we each got our own room and only two people needed to share a bathroom. The downstairs is colder than the rest of the house but it’s comfortable with the wall heater on. There were plenty of towels, dishes, etc. to make our stay convenient.
