King beds! Unique home near National Park Welcome to Whispering Pines, a unique home with architecture unlike anything else in the Estes (21-ZONE3019). Nestled in a residential neighborhood minutes from downtown and the National Park, our family home has expansive views and a chic, stylish vibe. Very new construction! \+ 1gb fiber Internet \+ Gas fireplace, smart TV \+ 2 king beds, 1 queen \+ 2 patios with a BBQ \+ 1 BR has en-suite bath \+ Minutes to hiking, the National Park, golf, restaurants and town. Great for up to 6! \*\*\*\* PLEASE NOTE \*\*\*\* 1) You\`re renting a home in a neighborhood WITH NEIGHBORS. Please be respectful. If you want total seclusion, you\`ll need to look 20-30 mins from town. 2) 4pm or later checkin; 10am or earlier checkout. No exceptions as the booking platform does not provide insurance for such stays. 4) Cleaning is expensive here and I want to save you money. The cleaners offered a deal to keep the rates at some of the lowest in town. Guests are asked to start the dishwasher and a load of towels in the washer at checkout.
