I cannot rate them anything other than the best. However, the large, impersonal property management company was very frustrating for me. I had a family health emergency occur the day I booked. I bought the insurance for this property, which was going to be the last stop on a work and play from away excursion with a dear friend. The family health emergency prompted many questions that I wanted and needed to ask of a human and I simply could not find a real, live human to talk to. The emails--increasingly panicked emails--I sent were answered in mostly generic and unhelpful ways. It seemed they were auto-responses, mostly. I bought the booking insurance and filed for an insurance claim . I received NO response at ALL. I included proof of the emergency. And nothing. To this day. I found a way to make it to this rental and not lose my investments. However, I will never book with Red Awning again. I don't know if the response and inability to reach a human was Covid-related or if it's just the way they work. If you have no issues and don't need any personal attention, a company such as this is probably just fine. I ended up enjoying my stay immensely.
