Less than 10 min drive to both, staying here. House is beautiful, clean and plenty large enough for our family of 5 adults. Kitchen was well stocked for meal prep. There was a short mishap with something in the kitchen and there was a person there to fix the problem within 15 min of my text to the owner. Lovely, large, clean hot tub that was great to use after the Estes Park 1/2 marathon. Great restaurants and shopping close and loads of outdoor activities in the heart of the Rocky Mountains! The listing was accurate, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. the views were spectacular from the upper and lower deck. the property is 5-10 minutes from Estes Park as well as multiple entrances to Rocky Mountain NP. Frequently, hot tubs at properties are unusable because they’re dirty or malfunctioning. At this one, the water was so clean it sparkled and everything worked like a charm.
