This home is surrounded by 2 acres of beautiful peaceful land. Lots of wildlife and outdoor space to enjoy. There is a nice paved sidewalk trail close to our home that goes into Estes Park along Fall River for a relaxing walk or bicycle ride into town. We provide a few bikes for this purpose. This comfortable and clean home is recently updated with brand new furniture that easily sleeps 12\. Tankless water heater provides endless hot water for your whole group. Beautiful mountain, rock outcroppings, and dense forest views from the front of the house as well as amazing direct views of large rock outcroppings in the back of the house. Often there are bighorn sheep and mountain goats that frequent these rocks. When all is quiet you can hear Fall River from open windows, seating on the front porch or back deck. The kitchen is spacious and recently remodeled with granite counter tops and new stainless steel appliances. It is well-outfitted with brand new dishware and utensils. It has all the pots, pans, mixing, bowls and other kitchen tools you need as well as a crockpot, coffee pot, Keurig K-Cup, and electric tea kettle. The dining room table is set up with one leaf in it to easily seat 12 and second leaf to expand the table for more guests. The rooms are furnished with new high-end mattresses, rustic log furniture, and quality linens. The master suite on the main level has vaulted ceilings, an attached five-piece bathroom, king-sized bed, 43” smart LCD TV, and Blu-ray player. The second bedroom on the main level has a queen bed, and a twin over queen bunk bed. The lower level includes 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has king-sized bed, 43” smart LCD TV, Blu-ray player, and relaxation chair. Another bedroom has two queen-sized beds. Another bedroom has a full-sized bed with a twin trundle bed pull out. There are two large living spaces each with 60” smart LCD TV, Blu-ray players, relaxing leather sofas, and fireplaces. The main level living space is outfitted with reclining leather sofa and love seat and has a wood fireplace whereas the lower level living space has a queen sleeper leather sofa and love seat with a gas fireplace. The lower level also includes a wonderful arcade-style game room. The games are set to free play so all you have to do is choose one of the four games, turn it on and enjoy: 2 player multi-arcade with 60 games to choose from including Ms Pacman, Donkey Kong, and more; Space Shuttle pinball; Star Trek pinball; and a 4 player multicade with 50+ games including Rampage World Tour, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Sunset Riders, GI Joe, Bucky O'Hare and more; so much fun for the whole family. There is easy access to the main and lower level with entrances on the front side of the house. Each entrance has tables and relaxing seating to enjoy the wonderful forest and mountain views. There are two access points to a fenced backyard and deck, one from the garage and one from the main level of the house. The back deck has a gas-grill, wrought iron table and chairs that seats 8 people. Off the back of the house is also a nice sunroom with lots of seating, tables, and is glass panel enclosed making it easy to sit down and enjoy a cup of your favorite hot or cold beverage while enjoying the views. We have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of our home. This provides home protection without compromising guest privacy. We love our mountain home and are happy to share it with our guests. The huge dining table and pinball machines were big hits. The location felt magically remote with gorgeous views and giant rocks, yet still close to town. We even saw a herd of elk on the way up—and one walking right up the road by the house!The river was just down the road, and the kids loved fishing. This house is a real gem and our new favorite place to stay. We had four little kids with us (2 under 2, a 4 year old, and a 5 year old), and the house was safe and fun for them. They loved the kids books on the shelf, and the kids dishes were a bonus! Great front porch and great back porch for morning coffee and afternoon beverage. BBQ could stand to be replaced, but that def. is not a deal breaker by any means. Location is great between downtown and park entrance. When traffic is low, you can hear the river from front porch. The kitchen had plenty of dishes for our group of 12 and many small appliances and enough pots and pans to cook up delicious meals! The dining room table was big enough to seat us all. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms. We cooked a lot of large meals and appreciated the highly functional kitchen and the table to fit our whole family. The sun room in the back is delightful, and is accessed through the hall bathroom and laundry area. The covered front porch is also lovely. Beautiful hillside views, and twice we had male deer wander in the yard. Our 4 grandsons loved the arcade games, especially one which required them to cooperate against a common enemy. They also loved climbing on the boulders at ages 4-6, although we had parents follow them and set some boundaries for safety. The bedrooms were good and we all slept well. (In the basement double bed we put one adult, plus one adult in the trundle under it, which was just fine with some extra cushions added). We enjoyed the games and the kids books. The location is so quick to enter the Park through the Fall River Entrance, and the Gold Shuttle Bus also stops at the bottom of the street (every 30 minutes in the summer), about a 2 block walk, steep. Driving to the Safeway is speedy because you can bypass the traffic in town. The owner was very helpful to communicate with. ##### Judy B. We saw a ton of elk in both places! My number one priority with VRBOs is safety and I felt very safe. My kids and I did take a stroll up the street one evening and they did get frightened by a property owners sign about their right to shoot anyone that stepped onto their property. They just have never encountered such signs. Second priority is cleanliness and the property was very clean! Third is the comfort of the beds. I’m a bit picky and my biggest gripe was the sheets. They’re all synthetic and we all would wake up sweating because they aren’t breathable :( Overall, we were pleased and the host was easy to communicate with! ##### Julie D. Located only 2 1/2 miles from the Fall River entrance to RMNP the location was perfect and the home was well equipped for all ages. The kids enjoyed the basement pinball machines and there were numerous children’s books and games to keep them entertained. We were close enough to downtown that things like food and shops were convenient but the roads were nice and quiet. The game room was super fun, the wifi worked well, and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us. Our only issues were: moldy towels in the dryer when we arrived, no hand soap in the kitchen and one bathroom (we bought some and left it there), and getting in touch with the host has been challenging. If I ever needed a big place in the area again, I would stay here. All the issues were minor and fixable. ##### A W.
