Available for extended stay. Reservations of 14+ days may include extra fees. See listing details or call our office. Mount Acoma 38 is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Marys Lake. The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV. Spend evenings on the private upper deck while taking in the mountain views. The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub. The laundry area is on the lower level just down the hall. With central AC to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. The ceiling fan on the main floor doesn't work on medium speed, and gathering you turned off the fireplace downstairs as its doesn't work and we couldn't get the downstairs to warm up, maybe it is meant to be that way. This property was convenient to town and the Rocky Mountains. The pool is heated and makes for good entertainment. The views are amazing, we had elk travel through the yard which was awesome! The property was clean and easy to access, no difficulty with checking in or out. I am rating it overall 4 stars because the mattresses desperately need replaced-they are very hard. We were able to add a foam mattress pad found in the closet on the queen bed on the main level, but it was for a full size bed (possibly for the pull out couch mattress that is also very hard with metal springs) so we were unable to sleep with two people in the queen bed due to comfort and my husband and I took turns sleeping on the couch. Overall a great experience, just wish we had more comfortable sleeping arrangements.
