Available for extended stay. Reservations of 14+ days may include extra fees. See listing details or call our office. Mount Acoma 38 is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Marys Lake. The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV. Spend evenings on the private upper deck while taking in the mountain views. The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub. The laundry area is on the lower level just down the hall. With central AC to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today! The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day (or longer) at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. These community facilities are managed and maintained by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. SkyRun does not control them and they may not be maintained to our standards. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but please note that these community amenities are not offered as part of the terms of any guest reservation. Full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit. Management provides a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first day, including: an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, liquid dishwashing soap, and a single brew coffee pack. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit. Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay clean. Safety checks are at no additional charge. Mid-stay cleanings include linens change, floors, bathrooms and light surface cleaning. Mid-stay services are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the required services. The location was perfect to go to RMNP and central to shopping centers to pick up anything we needed. The condo was spacious and clean. The view of the lake was a nice touch. The ceiling fan on the main floor doesn't work on medium speed, and gathering you turned off the fireplace downstairs as its doesn't work and we couldn't get the downstairs to warm up, maybe it is meant to be that way. We had our adult child come meet us in the mountains. Good space- bedroom and bath upstairs could be bigger but worked for us. Nice condo. Great communication from Skyrun. Fantastic view off balcony. Smelled musty, especially upstairs, which is never good. Signs everywhere to remind you that you're in a generic, mass owned place. Didn't feel like "home". Check in was easy, instructions of property were well laid out & the view from the balcony was spectacular. The properties pool was nice to use after a long day of hiking, but was disappointed that the Hot Tub was out of service during our stay (knowing this isn't reflective on your individual property).
