Notice: the highway now passes in front of the Lofts of Estes building so there's more daytime car traffic. Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets studio loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. This studio unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and has a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (privacy notice: no door in between). Two 3/4 baths for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). Condo has a full kitchen, large balcony with river view and a skylight. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. No washer or dryer available for guest use, but there is a laundromat in town. Very convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk. This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere. Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter. We were able to walk and ride the free shuttle around town. We even walked to the Tram and hiked - a must do. RMNP was minutes from the condo. Don't miss out on the Peak to Peak drive which takes you past Lilly Lake (within the RMNP). The Condo its self was comfortable (love that lazy boy chair). The bed was so comfortable. Parking in front of condo was a challenge, but had a pass for the lot right across the street. The washer was out of order, but we packed well as we were taking a 6 wk road trip and the unexpected does happen. Plenty of linen and towels were available - only 1 wash rag. We walked everywhere and the condo was very comfortable and accommodating. The only thing that needs attention is the parking in front as the curb on the street needs to be removed as it’s very hard to drive over and back over that curb. ##### Gary S. Very clean, everything in working order and the place was tastefully decorated. We didn't get a chance to use the huge tub but it would have been very comfortable!
