The soothing sounds of Fall River flow behind the Cabin, creating a tranquil backdrop for your relaxation. The spacious deck, enveloped by trees, invites you to unwind and disconnect.  
Experience the tranquility of a remote setting, yet remain conveniently close to the breathtaking landscapes of Rocky Mountain National Park. Your adventure begins at Evergreen Cabin B.

Evergreen B cabin was remodeled top to bottom in January 2025; everything is new and fresh. Ready for you, your family, and friends.

Your outdoor oasis awaits.   
Relax on the deck with the gas fire pit and comfortable seating, perfect for stargazing or enjoying the crisp mountain air. The green space behind the Cabin is a haven for wildlife – keep an eye out for deer, elk, turkeys, bears, and mountain birds. Unwind in the hammock, lulled by the river\`s gentle flow, or stroll down to the water and settle into the Adirondack chairs, letting your worries drift away. Cast a line and cook your catch on the gas grill for a true mountain feast. Enjoy watching the mountain birds feast at the feeder and nest in the trees.  
  
LIVING ROOM:  
Experience the ultimate in cozy cabin comfort. The living area boasts a warm fireplace, a large smart TV for movie nights, and comfortable seating perfect for curling up after a long hike.   
The couch converts into a Queen sofa sleeper for additional sleeping for two people.  
Natural light fills the space, creating a serene mountain ambiance you won\`t want to leave.  
  
KITCHEN/EATING:  
The kitchen has all the essentials, providing everything you need to create delicious meals. The eating space for 4 is perfect for coffee and a quick bite before you head out on a hike.   
  
BEDROOM & BATHROOM:  
Our bedroom boasts a king-size bed and luxurious, high-quality linens and pillows. We have bedside reading lamps, USB Chargers, & luggage racks to ensure a comfortable stay.  
A Queen-size sofa sleeper in the living area provides additional accommodations for two people.  
We provide essential bathroom amenities, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, and tissues.  
The private bathroom has a step-in tub/shower, toilet, and vanity with plenty of storage space for your belongings.

Located a few yards from the Cabin is Fall River; this offers unparalleled convenience for fly-fishing enthusiasts (license required). Experience the serenity of casting your line at dawn, enjoying the peaceful moments before the world awakens, and then returning to the comfort of the Cabin for a leisurely coffee with your family.  
Enjoy a picnic, take a walk, or spot wildlife. You can follow the path from the Property to Estes Park\`s downtown shopping and restaurants.

TRAVEL/ROAD CONDITIONS:  
While a car is highly recommended for exploring the area, Estes Park offers a convenient free summer transit service, \`The Peak,\` from late May to late October. The Gold Route stops directly in front of the Cabin, providing easy access to destinations within Estes Park and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park.  
Estes Park\`s snow plow crew is excellent, ensuring regular clearing during snowstorms. However, significant blizzards can cause delays. Given our 8,000-foot elevation and heavy snowfall from October to May, we strongly recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. We provide shovels and ice melt at the property for your convenience.  
  
DAMAGE PROTECTION:  
WAIVO Damage Protection—You can rest easy knowing your vacation is covered with $500 in \`All-Risk\` Damage Protection.

Cabin was fantastic. Well appointed and clean. It was quiet and relaxing. The 6 point bull elk that greeted us on arrival and also came back to say goodbye when we checked out was fun too!! Sara was great in addressing our needs and communicating.

Delightful stay at the cabin. Was quiet, well-stocked with amenities, clean and 3 bull elk were out front on out last evening. Sarah our host was in touch to ensure our stay was perfect.

The cabin and location far exceeded our expectations. We wanted something that was a little secluded and quiet. The whole purpose of our vacation was to relax and do some hiking in RMNP. Sara was super easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Location was excellent. Super close to the Fall River entry to RMNP, minutes away from a grocery store and downtown Estes Park. We would stay here again and would recommend any of our friends to book this location. The cabin was well stocked with everything you would need to make meals. We did eat out a few times but mostly ate at the cabin.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Easy check in and fantastic location. Great communication with Sara, property mgr. Very clean. Enjoyed the back deck, hammock & fire pit! Loved listening to the stream out back. Just minutes to rocky mtn entrance. Very peaceful location. Thanks so much!

#### Wonderful Riverside Cabin

Evergreen cabin B is very clean and nicely remodeled and decorated. The kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed the fire pit and hammock on the deck, as well as sitting in the Adirondack chairs by the river. We would definitely stay here again.
