Dave and Diane were amazing hosts—truly prepared to meet any need or request. Loved their periodic check ins to make sure everything was as it should be. We loved the close proximity to downtown Estes Park, close access to RMNP, and the ease of driving to other great spots like Granby, Winter Park, Golden and Denver! Beautifully remodeled and decorated with a great deck and brand new hot tub in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the well stocked kitchen with snacks and K-cups as well as the plentiful supply of towels and bathmats. My only complaint is that the steam washer with the "drying" feature was really only good for an occasional small load of laundry, not the massive amount of dirty laundry my son brought home from summer camp. I wish I had known that in advance. If you don't need to do laundry during your trip, this is a fabulous cabin to stay at. The hosts did everything they could to help us during our stay and respond to any issues that came up. They even let us check out late on our departure day. Thanks for a great stay! ##### Amy G. Dave and Diane are such wonderful hosts--they have thought of everything. It was super cozy and homey.
