Plus you get more time to explore. The location gives you freedom: part of your group can head to RMNP for hiking while the rest of the family is not left stranded. You can still walk down the stairs, out the condo door, and head East on the Riverwalk, and enjoy Lake Estes, the Marina, the 9-hole golf course, and the Big Thompson River. Or head West on the Riverwalk to restaurants serving delicious food and cool beverages, coffee shops where you can sip a cup of coffee and and watch the world, or boutique stores and art galleries selling unique items. Of course, you might just want to relax on one of your balconies and do nothing! Whatever you do, we know you'll make this a vacation to remember. Winter dates are a bargain and it's so beautiful in the mountains with the snow, blue skies and quiet town. We'd love to have you join us in the heart of Estes Park. Our family just need a few days out of town to relax and spend some quiet time together, and this condo delivered. We also got a little bit of nature as we had a Great Horned Owl camp out next to our balcony for a few hours to get out of the wind :) 10/10 would love to stay her again maybe in the summer time. ##### Dafyd J.
