We found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. the beds were also comfortable. Really had tourble with the TV in figuring out how to get just live TV. Elk were right outside the door just about every day we were there. The location is great, close to downtown, and multiple ways to get to the property when traffic is bad. The place felt like home and we couldn't have had a better time. It has everything you need and is decorated perfectly. The ADA features were also much appreciated for one of our family members. We've stayed quite a few places in Estes Park, and this is one of the best! Next time I won't have to hunt around, I'll be booking this house again. ##### JD S. The place was very clean and it was very apparent the owners put so much thought into every little detail. It is within easy walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Estes Park, and it also a very short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. We spent hours playing games around the table (we brought our own but there is a cabinet full of games at the property), and found the kitchen very well-equipped to make breakfast one morning. The hosts are very communicative and helpful - they have an entire binder of suggested things to do and see. We loved both their recommendations for breakfast and dinner. Overall, it was an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this spot! ##### Alexa M.
