We had no issues during our stay. We enjoyed the close proximity to downtown Estes (it was a five minute drive). The jetted tub was lovely to relax in and look at nature through the windows. It’s a one room unit, which you may not see from the pictures- I didn’t at first. This made it a little difficult to do something different than my partner (ie watch TV while they slept).
