You'll be right on the river for early morning or late evening fishing (Colorado fishing license required). The Fall River entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is a five minute drive. If you are searching for a beautiful and relaxing getaway, with quick access to the park, look no further! The home offers a main level bedroom with ensuite bath. The upstairs has two bedrooms and one full bathroom, as well as a loft area with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. The property is well equipped and has plenty of space. Our children loved seeing the elk daily as they visited the hillside and creek. Location to the Fall River entrance was great and a short drive to downtown Estes Park and the Safeway grocery store. I really can’t find any issues with the property. I had to reach out to the property owner and she picked up right away. The river/stream in the backyard was wonderful. You can sit on the deck and drink your coffee and just listen to the water. We had a very large bull elk visit one evening! Our 2 year old grandson got to ride his bike out front and we could easily park 2 cars in the attached garage (which was great when they were calling for storms).
