We were in town for a wedding and the unit met all our needs with spacious closet, iron, ironing board. The shower was great. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. Bachelor elk herd, beautiful babbling stream, no road noise. Easy access to RMNP entrance and town. Property overall was very quiet (just before high season) and clean. It's a little more tight than pictures make it the kitchen and living area appear, but we were only there evenings. The loft is not particularly insulated soundwise from the bedroom and has a skylight for early a.m. rays. Dishwasher is broken, not a big deal but would be nice to note.
