We had a wonderful stay at Estes Condos…staying in one of the Creekside Condos right on Fall River. We needed up being moved into Condo H due to an unexpected maintenance issue…but it was just as wonderful as what we expected from the condo we originally reserved. Deena at the front desk was so accommodating and responsive to our questions. The condo had all of the resources we needed and more! Loved being right on the river and so close to RMNP. We were a bit skeptical because on our drive from the airport we saw not a lick of snow but once we got to Estes it was a beautiful winter wonderland!! There was not much information about how to check in but we figured it out. The cabin was AMAZING !!! Very small issues such as the washer and dryer. They were not meant to be stacked and you can tell because you cannot see what option your selecting because the controls are near the ceiling since it’s stacked. Aside from that, the dryer worked well so it was a small inconvenience and something that was obviously only done because there was no other way Maybe there could just be a stool provided? The toaster was broken and we had a scare where it’s started burning just the corner of the bread and smoking BUT the owner was made aware and stayed it would be replaced :) Hot tub was PERFECT !!! The fact that someone came and shoveled the snow each morning was very nice I’ve seen reviews talking about how the road being so close was an issue but we never even noticed how close we were to the road. Noise was never a problem We had neighbors on both sides but felt alone because noise was literally never an issue :) Can’t wait to come back !! ##### katherine g.
