Also, outdoor wood fire pits and charcoal grills are illegal in Estes. Gas is OK. AIR CONDITIONER Like nearly every other home in town, there’s no A/C. Thankfully mountain air blows down from the high peaks and will cool down the place quickly in the evenings if you open the windows. BEARS Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in! MINUT We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn\`t record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors.
