Outside upper level patio was very nice and had a view. The large open upper level allowed for us to visit with our family that lives in Estes. Management was very responsive to our questions during our visit. Also, nice to be able to park our car inside the very clean garage, given that it was very warm while we were there. We had elk visit a few times and enjoyed watching the prairie dog colony in the backyard. The kitchen is very well equipped. The kitchen design doesn’t allow for more than one cook in the kitchen. I do think the towels and sheets need to be upgraded. They felt motel quality. We did appreciate the games provided. The house is very comfortable and we felt relaxed while hanging out. It was a quiet area and easily accessible to and from downtown Estes. Lovely prairie dog colony in backyard that we loved! Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds. There’s no air conditioning so the master bedroom and kitchen area can get hot. The sofa is well loved and could use an upgrade. My two suggestions would be to add a sun awning to balcony to allow for shade. Otherwise the balcony has full sun all day. And the sheets, towels and toilet paper supplied by the management company are motel quality and awful.
