Short walking distance to 2 brewery's, 4 restaurants, family entertainment park and an outdoor air adventure park. All with a river just a few steps from the back deck. There are several cabins together on the edge of a small industrial complex. (storage units mixed with businesses) giving this a more private setting. The cabin does not have A/C, we have natural mountain breezes just like the Stanley Hotel. There is the potential for road noise at times. This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps, shampoo and a good start up supply of paper products.. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use. This is the ideal location for a base camp for those who want to explore Rocky Mountain National Park and Northern Colorado. This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park. Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 23 through October 20, 2026 If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations. Decor was charming, was very clean and stocked with almost everything one would need. Plenty of outdoor space, and the best part was the river flowing through the back yard. Location was perfect too, in walking distance to Estes Park town and within 10 min to the National Park entrance. Also within an hour of exploring other towns like Lyons or Boulder.
