Notice: the highway now passes in front of the Lofts of Estes building so there's more daytime car traffic. Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Convenient downtown location, open year round! On the second, top-floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no vaping inside, no pets studio loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. Newly furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and there's a sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (no door in between). 3/4 bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). This unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, river view from front deck, skylight and fireplace. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels.
