We didn't do any cooking during our short stay, but it did appear to be well stocked if you did want to cook. There was coffee and creamer available when we arrived and it was enough for about 3 days, depending on how big a coffee drinker you are. Biggest draw for this apartment was the location. It is absolutely perfect! Located on the west end of town with large picture windows overlooking Elkhorn Drive, it is walking distance to everything in downtown, local beer garden is around the corner, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, and coffee shops close by. Sent us incorrect access codes, and had to wait on hold standing outside the unit for a while to get the correct code from someone who was nowhere local. Really pretty unacceptable. My second bad experience with them as a property manager to the point where I'm reluctant to book another property they manage. The unit itself was very nice and modern, with some asterisks. No "real" coffee maker, just a keurig. In this day and age, just have a drip coffee maker and some filters in the unit. Also worth mentioning, the second bed is basically in the middle of the kitchen / living room with no privacy, you'll need to decide if that matters to you, it didn't for us because there were just two of us. But, the unit itself was extremely nice, clean, and more "high end" than most that I've stayed in otherwise. It is right at the end of the main street in downtown Estes park, so location was great. Parking is in the parking lot behind the unit, so it's a little bit more of an effort to get all your stuff from the car, up the stairs or elevator to the unit and back.
