Bed mattress very loud. No decaf beverage choice… even decaf tea would have been nice(I have high BP so can’t do caffeine). Thank you for shoveling but put sand down- walkway & parking lot at angle- very slippery. You do not want people falling. Hard to find at night & day! Maybe a little bigger sign & more lights? We ended up clean bedroom floor, bathroom floor and little living area. Just filthy black towels. It was really upsetting thinking we were on those floors and they were that dirty. The refrigerator was so noisy it kept waking us up. The host did not charge us for pet deposit which we appreciated, but after the floor experience I don’t think he should anyway. I could upload pictures of the clean towels but won’t now after speaking with host who seemed upset they were that dirty but both me and my wife who have stayed at many many hotels over the years feel like floors havnt been cleaned in quite sometime.
