This spacious 1,336-square-foot home features a stunning 350-square-foot deck that offers breathtaking views of the Stanley Hotel, the Lumpy Mountain Range, and a partial view of Lake Estes—making it a perfect spot to enjoy the July 4th fireworks. On the main floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with spectacular views of Lumpy Range, a gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. This floor also includes a bathroom with a shower, a queen bedroom, and a twin bedroom with two twin beds. The private main suite upstairs has been beautifully updated and now offers complete seclusion, featuring a full bathroom, a walk-in closet, and lovely views of the Stanley Hotel and Lumpy Ridge. The house was very clean, had everything we needed, plenty of space, and was an overall comfortable stay and environment. It was very close to town which made for a great experience. The house was very clean upon arrival. They even had baby/ toddler items like a pack n play, stroller, highchair and baby gate. It is a great location that allowed us to walk to the downtown area during our stay. It provided a very relaxing environment to recharge after a day of hiking in the park.
