First class cabin with all of the amenities. Finished in 2019 this cabin has everything you could need for a great stay in the mountains. It is located across the street from the historic Stanley hotel and just one block away from downtown Estes Park. Just a short 4 mile drive to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. This cabin has 3 bedrooms with each bedroom located on a separate floor. Each bedroom and floor has it's own bathroom to go with it. The kitchen has top of the line appliances along with everything you need if you want to cook or grill on the trip. There are TV's in every room along with high speed internet with no additional charge. This cabin is also features forced air heating and air conditioning to stay cool in the summer. There is also an attached garage for parking. Perfect place for a quick trip or a family getaway. Can sleep up to 8 guests. We came to Estes for a family wedding and the proximity to RMNP, downtown and the venue made getting to where we needed to go very easy. Incredibly clean and high quality from mattresses to pillows to towels to refrigerator and everything in between! A grill was not listed in the amenities but the cabin has one which made meal planning more easy! Elk came to visit the neighboring homes on Sunday morning and napped across the street. Three entrances to the park are very close to the property (a 15 minute or so drive). Downtown is a walkable distance at .5 M. And we loved looking out from Gem Lake to see Wonderview Cabin in the distance. ##### Cathy G. It was very thoroughly cleaned and stocked well. Nate was super to work with. After driving all the way from Ohio we arrived about 3 hours early. We called Nate, the owner, and he graciously allowed us to enter early. We greatly appreciated that. We had a wonderful time hiking the trails. The leaves, mountains, lakes and animals were gorgeous. While there we probably saw 200 or more elk.Thanks Nate, for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cabin for 10 days. We loved it there. You provided everything we needed. We walked to main street everyday to visit the shops and restaurants. Each bedroom and bath is located on a separate floor. Main living area and kitchen are located one level up, which wasn’t a problem for us but may be if stairs are difficult for someone. It’s a beautiful, new home. The kitchen is open to dining and living rooms. The baths and kitchen are stocked with the basics like hand and dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. there is even laundry detergent and dryer sheets stocked. The only negative, if it could be called that, is that it is located next to the highway so you can hear the traffic noise, if you leave the windows open at nite. We spent a lot of time out on the deck, which has a table with six chairs. The only “suggestion” we had is that it would be nice to have some throws on the couch as we spent time over the weekend watching football! Could have used a nice throw to curl up in! There was plenty of space for everyone, and it was very clean! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the location was excellent. Kitchen was great the only thing is the parking just wasnt very good with multiple vehicles neighbors were great and evwn had someone that said they knew you a guy that was driving a ACE hi plumbing van let us park our trailer over at his property.
