The location is great, easy to get to Estes Park in just a few minutes. The river view was beautiful, and opening the windows we could hear birds and rushing water. Check out was a breeze, no extra cleaning like some places have you do, just some basic tidying up. Tamara was very quick to respond to messages, and helped us get back an item that was left behind. I would say the only downside was that we had two large SUVs and backing out was a little tricky. Nestled among the trees with the river flowing nearby, it is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook and bake with, and there was plenty of propane for the grill. There was also enough very nice soft towels for our entire group of 7, with some to spare. Having access to a washer and dryer allowed us to minimize the amount of clothes we needed to bring, which was so helpful. We loved being able to open the front windows and hear the sounds of the river in the living room. And the location was perfect. We could be at the Beaver Meadows Entrance to RMNP and downtown Estes within 10 minutes. Tamara was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. We would definitely stay again! ##### medea r.
