Our 3 bed + den / 2 bath pool home in the gated community of the Preserve at Corkscrew is perfect for you and your guests, kids and grandkids included, to enjoy all Southwest Florida has to offer. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready. The fully stocked kitchen features all you would need and more to create a home cooked meal away from home. The covered seating on the lanai and lounge chairs by the pool are great for spending quality time together or for some much-needed alone time with a book. The master bedroom features a gorgeous four-poster canopy, spacious shower & his-and-her vanities in the en-suite bathroom, and an oversized walk-in closet. Tuck yourself away in the den with a good movie or to finish up some work at the office desk & printer! One of the guest bedrooms offers a bunk bed for the kids. Furniture throughout the home accommodates the little ones, including a kids dining table and armchair. \*\*\*Due to annual lease limits, the high season rental needs to be for a 3 month minimum stay only\*\*\* WIFI included.
