### Newly available condo in much desired Grandezza community

Discover this wonderful 2-bedroom gem in Estero. This tranquil condo is a 2nd floor unit with vaulted ceilings and a one car attached garage. It features a master bedroom with a queen bed, and full bath - shower and water closet, a guest suite with queen bed and full bath, and a laundry room. The large living room with entertainment center and dining room provide plenty of space to entertain in your vacation getaway. The den offers another relaxing area with comfortable sofa bed and tv for you and your guests. The large kitchen with dining area was recently remodeled with new cabinets and quartz countertop. Relax on the comfortable lanai that overlooks the 9th fairway of Grandezza's renown golf course. Sabal Palm community pool is a quick walk from the condo. The Grandezza community offers lush landscaping and plenty of amenities at the beautiful clubhouse including a resort style pool, cabana, several eating areas, fitness center, bocce and tennis. Miromar Outlets, Hertz Arena and Publix shopping center are right outside our entrance. Grandezza is close to highways, the airport, shopping and restaurants. Escape to this excellent retreat for a relaxing getaway, all that Southwest Florida has to offer is convenient in this Estero location. We look forward to hosting you for the season!
