Our 3 bed / 2.5 bath two-story corner townhome is located in the highly sought-after community of Heatherstone at Rookery Pointe, an amazing gated community with world class recreational amenities in the heart of Estero FL. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready. Walking into the main level, you are greeted by a formal living and dining area. A half bath is also located on this level. This opens up into the fully equipped kitchen and the family room, which features a breakfast nook and comfortable seating for 6-8 people as well as a large 65” flat screen TV. Sliding doors open up to the screened-in lanai, close to the kitchen and perfect for a day of grilling! All of the bedrooms are located on the second floor - the master bedroom features a walk-in closet, 50” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower; an additional guest bathroom with a shower/tub combo is in the hallway. \*\*\*Available per January 26, 2026\. February needs to be for 30 days minimum per hoa, so January 30-Febraury 28, 2026\*\*\* WIFI included. Streaming in the living, master bedroom, and first guest bedroom. There are three negatives: no grab bars in the showers, the garage door opener outside access box does not work (there are remote openers that do work), and the TV uses streaming and has no cable access. We found this unacceptable and had to purchase a firestick and subscribe to our favorite channels. The condo was very well supported by the rental agency, Realty Group SWFL, and special thanks to Angela Ramirez for resolving minor repairs and getting a new garage door opener system installed. ##### AM C.
