Upscale Top Floor 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath + den unit at The Residences at Coconut Point, located at Coconut Point Mall, for sophisticated urban living in Sunny Southwest Florida. Realty Group of Southwest Florida property code RCP8301\. The elevator and indoor bridge will take you from the foyer to the gated parking garage wit two assigned spots across the street. Open floor-plan with high end finishes throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter-tops, breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances. Large living area with flat screen TV. French doors open to he Italian style front balconette, and sliding doors from the living and primary suite provide access to the covered balcony with seating.   
The primary suite features a king size bed and TV. His and her sink and a separate tub and shower in the primary bathroom. The second suite is equipped with a full size bed and TV, and an additional full size Murphy bed is located in the den for the occasional guest.  
Beach chairs and an umbrella are provided for your convenience. Wi-Fi included. Two assigned parking spots in the Residences garage.

There is also a fully stocked supermarket onsite for your convenience.   
Residences at Coconut Point amenities include a resort-style heated pool, large hot tub and a well-equipped fitness center.   
  
Located just minutes from the white-powder sand beaches on the tranquil Gulf of Mexico, as well as some of the area's top rated championship golf courses, numerous cultural and shopping venues, such as: Hertz Arena, The Naples Philharmonic, The Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall, Gulf Coast Town Center and Miromar Outlet Mall, just to name a few.

\* 30 day minimum stay. Due to annual lease limits, the high season rental needs to be for a 90 day minimum (between January 1 - April 15).  
\* Many communities require submission of an HOA application and associated fees. These applications are typically due 20-30 days prior to check-in. These fees are NOT included within the quoted rates when booking.  
\* These application / transfer fees are not set by Realty Group and are quoted to you in good faith. Prices are subject to change. The current application fees for The Residences at Coconut Point are $100 p.p admin fee, $250 compliance fee, $100 application fee, and $300 move in fee.  
\* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.  
\* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.  
\* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
