Enjoy the amazing lake view from the screened-in lanai of this 2 bed / 2 bath first floor condo in Villagio, a gated community located in Estero full of amenities at its own town center. located in Estero, FL. Villagio is a great resort-style stay with tons of amenities. Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.   
  
 The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and dining for four, great for entertaining a couple of friends and family. Large tub and double vanity sinks in the master suite. Come and enjoy a Florida sunrise in the comfort of this home away from home, or after a relaxing day spent at the beach!  
  
WIFI Included. Cable in living, master, and guest bedroom. One available parking spot in the garage. Beach chairs and umbrella available.

Villagio is a beautifully landscaped, gated community with a Mediterranean tropical flair, located off Three Oaks Pkwy in beautiful Estero, FL. Villagio has its own Town Center which offers residents the opportunity to socialize at the Café in the morning for breakfast or enjoy a light lunch in the afternoon. The Sports Bar is open in the evening where you can enjoy a cocktail (BYOB) or enjoy a cone of ice cream. The 54 seat movie theater shows movies 5 nights a week. The fully equipped gym has the right equipment to keep you fit and in shape. The gym offers state-of-the-art equipment and classes. Hard Surface Tennis courts are available for Tennis enthusiasts. Villagio Condos amenities also include 2 Pools and a Hot Tub.

\* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.   
\* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
