The urbanisation also has a good size pool ( although it was out of commission during our stay because of a drought in the region) and secure, underground parking with an allocated space. The apartment was amazingly quiet. The location was great for us as it is a few minutes to walk to the port and not much longer to walk along the beach to the old town. There was a potential problem when the management had to change a broken lock on the main gate and get everyone new keys.
