(https://maps.google.com/?ll=36.416187,-5.174436). Quiet complex with swimming pool & mature landscaped gardens. Short seaside walk to Estepona's tapas bars/restaurants. Many activities & golf courses nearby. Malaga Airport only an hour's drive, Gibraltar 30 minutes. With so many excellent facilities within walking distance, this apartment is perfect for a beach holiday, for family or friends. The beach is quiet and not very crowdy with lot of space. The well-appointed beach side apartment consists of a light, sunny lounge dining area with uninterrupted sea views of the Mediterranean. TV with a lot of European channels, WiFi (fiber internet). The south-facing terrace (which was completely renewed spring 2012) is perfect for sun bathing and alfresco dining over-looking the sea. There are two double bedrooms. The very spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds and there is a second bathroom with walk-in shower. The modern kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob & oven, microwave. Washing machine. This apartment really is right beside the beach and the views are stunning! You'll love listening to the sea lapping the shoreline while relaxing on the terrace or lulling you to sleep at night. On the outskirts of the west side of Estepona, this is an ideal location for visiting the area, for example duty-free Gibraltar is only 30-minutes drive away, the beautiful gorge at Ronda, or the historic cities of Granada, Seville or Cadiz, the world-famous Tarifa for surfing and kite-surfing, the stunning ruins of the Roman city, Baleo Claudia, on the coast at Bolonia. It's even possible to do a one-day trip to Morocco. Then there are the mountain pueblos (white-painted villages) nestled in the hills nearby, like Casares, Ojén and Istán, all lovely to see and wander around and often with stunning scenery on the way. A short walk (or a 5-minute drive) from the apartment is Estepona Marina where you'll find lots of bars and restaurants, plus many fun activities. The town of Estepona itself is a little further on. It is still a very Spanish town and, unlike many towns on the Costa del Sol, has not been spoilt by tourism and is very family-orientated. There are picturesque squares where you can sit and chill-out over a coffee while watching the world go by or wander around the narrow lanes of the old part of town soaking up the atmosphere. A short distance away is the excellent Selwo Safari Park, a very popular family-friendly attraction. Then there's Marbella and the very exclusive Puerto Banus with its designer shops, expensive restaurants and fabulous yachts. And talking of yachts, there are sailing clubs in Estepona Marina and another in Sotogrande, which is a short drive away towards Gibraltar. There is a gas BBQ on the terrace and plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you want to eat out. The Estepona Palace Hotel next to the complex has two restaurants and three bars. In the next bay are two very popular chiringuitos (beach bar/restaurant) where you can also hire sunbeds on the beach. There are two supermarkets close to Estepona Marina or Carrefour hypermarket at the far end of Estepona and for emergency supplies, there's a garage only a 5-minute walk away selling fresh bread and baguettes, cheese, milk, crisps, etc. ## Property amenities ### Beach - My father and I loved the view from the spacious terrace, drinking coffees in the morning, wine spritzers in the sun in the afternoon, and firing up the BBQ for dinner. It is perfectly situated for a stay by the sea. The views are beautiful and the pool and surrounding area was great with children. Easy reach to Estepona old town. Right on the water, set in a beautifully landscaped development, with a swimming beach just a short walk away. While central Estepona is nice, this area outside of the main center is much lovelier. We will be booking again the next time we are in Spain. There’s a Lidl just a five minute drive away and the sea view is what makes this property. The property itself was clean, very well equipped and quite spacious. Sadly we couldn’t use the pool because of the severe drought when we went but that was out of the owners control. Overall, yes I would recommend this property. ##### David T. We were here for 11 days and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything you could possibly need is there! All rooms and the 3 balconies are beautiful and have an unobstructed view of the sea. Awesome! Well equipped, the location is amazing directly on to the beach plus the swimming pool too. Estepona marina is about a 15 mins walk and has many restaurants to choose from, and the Old Town of Estepona is walkable at around 30 mins but is worth the walk to explore the tapas bars and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment and the communication with the owner and the check in meeting when we arrived with his representative made for a smooth, uncomplicated and relaxing holiday. ##### Lauraine M. The weather wasnt great for us unfortunately but we still loved watching the sea and boats. The apartment is very well equipped and comfortable and in a great location. Per Kristian provided excellent instructions and his property manager Aga was there to greet us and provided lots of useful information. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. ##### Emma W. Stunning views in a lovely area of Estepona. The balcony is to die for. There’s a great bbq with all the tools and gas supplied. It has been the best week for us. Weather has been glorious. Well appointed with good quality furniture inside and outside. Star of the show undoubtedly the three terraced areas all looking out to sea and falling asleep to the sound of the waves is a delight. Excellent communication throughout. There are about 30 steps up to the appartment and no lift which was no problem for us 56 year olds but worth being aware of. Nice walk to port with loads of choices of bars and restaurants. Pool area and gardens are immaculately maintained. We stayed a week and really didnt want to leave. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped and has a very comfortable bed. The stairs up to 3rd floor were easy to manage. Walks on the Senda Littoral were very pleasant. The bus was easy to get into town, but hard to determine the route (fault of the bus line website). The walk into town was a bit long if you plan to dine in Estepona old town. We were there off season, so the pool was not yet open. Just something to keep in mind if booking in February. Also, several restaurants are closed at this time. It was easy to get from the urbanization by car to other areas, Casares, Gaucín, and the Pico de las Reales (amazing views). Aga was delightful and most helpful.We loved the sound of the waves day and night. Overall a very pleasant stay. ##### Alison H. In terms of what I would call a Beach Holiday, this place is the best one we have stayed at. The three interconnected terrace areas were great with a sitting area, a dinner area and a breakfast area. All with a magnificent view of the sea. We basically lived on the terrace when we were at the condo. Aga, the local representative, was wonderful and for those who need it, she speaks perfect English. The condo is very well equipped and had all the necessary cooking utensils and even had a small wine fridge!! The location is great in that it is in a quiet area and yet it is an easy walk to the marina or into the town itself. We will be back. ##### Fred M. Apr 18, 2012 #### Great all round view and very relaxing A wonderful apartment, great views in fact one of the best views we’ve had, also it’s one of the best equipped we’ve stayed in. It was just right for visiting places like Granada, Gibraltar and Cadiz. Although on one of the days we went to Gibraltar it took us 30 minutes to get there and one hour 20 minutes to queue to get in! The hotel next door is worth a visit for the flamenco dancing, although there are many places to eat out in the port and in Estepona it was so nice to eat in or should I say outside with that wonderful view. The pool was a bit cold to use but it was only April, this is the only reason we give this review 4 stars not 5\. The owner was very helpful and friendly to deal with, she provided very good information about how to get to the apartment and the area. We would recommed this apartment to friends and family, you do need to be able to use the stairs to get to the apartment.We would use it again. We had avery relaxing stay.
