The secure gated complex offers a communal pool, gym and sauna and is located 2km away from the beach & La Resina Golf & Country club. There are two large supermarkets 6km away and the closest restaurant is just 1km from the complex. The complex benefits from secure underground parking and the apartment offers two parking spaces. The apartment also offers a hot tub on the roof terrace, hot & cold vented aircon, free WIFI and electric shutters throughout. This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the second floor with access by lift and is arranged over two levels. The open plan living space offers a well-equipped kitchen with a kitchen island and a breakfast bar with stools. The lounge area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, with electric extendable seats, two poofs and a 65" smart TV. The lounge area is a small space for six people , although the open plan living space offers seating in other areas close by. Leading out from the living space is the terrace, where you can enjoy the dining and lounge seating areas, gas BBQ and sea views. Take the stairs up to the spacious terrace where you have a choice of lounge and dining seating areas. Soak up the sun on the sun loungers or take a dip in the hot tub. There is also a parasol and outdoor shower. The master bedroom benefits from a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, a 65” smart TV and has direct access onto the terrace. There is also an ensuite shower room fitted with a walk in shower. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with king size beds and fitted wardrobes.
