To help us maintain the high standards of the property and ensure everything is in perfect condition for your stay, we kindly ask for a refundable security deposit of €200\. This is a standard procedure and simply serves as a precaution for any potential damages or extra cleaning that might be needed. The security deposit will be returned within a maximum of 15 days post check-out date.  
  
Please note that the check-in instructions will be provided once the deposit has been received and the check-in requirements have been met.
