A luxury 1-bedroom beach apartment Bahia de la Plata is the best community in the area between Estepona and Marbella, located next to the Kempinsky hotel. It is a unique architectural complex directly on the beach promenade, leading to Estepona downtown. Bahia de la Plata has a spacious, well-maintained garden, a 24-hour guard, two open pools, a tennis court, and an indoor spa, consisting of a pool, a damp bath, and a modern well well-equipped gym. There are restaurants all around. However, if you want to cook at home, you might prefer to have a car for shopping and to explore the Costa del Sol. The apartment has one bedroom with a king-size bed, 2 bathrooms (one with a double sink/WC/Bidet/Jacuzzi Bathtub, another with a WC/sink). The spacious living/dining room and the Master bedroom, with a flat screen TV each, are facing a covered "winter garden"-terrace that features dining furniture and has a sea view. The kitchen with granite plates is well equipped with modern amenities. There's a separate covered space with a washing machine. The apartment has marble floors and floor heating. A/C, electric shutters, and lights can be managed from the centralized "domotica" system. WIFI and 2 parking places in the garage are included in the price. The apartment is tastefully and luxuriously furnished. A big community pool lies a few steps from the apartment. It is adjacent to the gates of the community that open up to the promenade and the beach. Irene was so lovely to communicate with, giving advice on travelling to the apartment and offering a late check out. The private plunge pool and location right next to the complex pool were ideal for us. Was so lovely to always be able to find a sunbed and sit either by the pool or on grass by the beach. ##### Emma W. It has a good size kitchen, large lounge, 2 large bathrooms and a large outdoor space. The dining table, settee, tv, beds all appear to be brand new. There is a plunge pool and gate to the outside terrace. The underground parking spot leads out to the front door. The complex is gated with security personnel both at the front and rear. The communal pool is very close to the apartment with a life guard and is spotless. The grounds are very well maintained with gardeners every day.
