It has direct access to the sea and has one of the best views of the Costa del Sol.It has two large terraces, one at the main entrance and the other at the back, overlooking the sea and with access to a small private garden with a direct door to the beach.The house is distributed in two floors. The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed of 150 cm x 200 cm and a complete bathroom.Going up to the second floor we find the kitchen and the dining room. It has a very careful decoration and large windows that allow the entry of natural light. The living room communicates with the terrace, from which you can see spectacular views of the beach.The house is very close to the town of Estepona, in the Villas Andaluzas urbanization. The urbanization has a swimming pool and communal gardens open all year round, as well as a parking area. The house also has a private parking space.This is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the best holidays. The area has supermarkets and shopping centers nearby.
